Once registered to DrakesRewards, everything you purchase* on your Drakes account in branch, or online, will contribute towards your reward scheme spend. Once you have reached one of your targets you will then be able to claim a reward; or alternatively you can wait until you have earned additional rewards and claim them all at once.
For each redemption claim you make, you can choose to redeem either a Love2shop reward card or Drakes credit.
*Please note, boilers and VAT do not qualify for reward scheme spend.
We have partnered with Love2shop to offer you a great selection of rewards. All rewards will be issued as a Love2shop Flexecard, which can be spent on the latest gadgets, shopping on the highstreet, family days out, or package holidays for the whole family - plus much more!
Your Love2shop reward card will be posted out to the registered account address. Please check your "My details" to ensure this is up to date; this can take up to 28 working days from the date of redemption. You will need to activate your card online before you can spend your rewards, we will provide some simple step-by-step instructions for this alongside your card.
Your Love2shop reward card has a minimum of 12 months expiry. Please check your card for the exact expiry date. Any monies remaining on the card after this point will be lost, so please ensure you spend your rewards before then.
Each time you claim a reward, you will be given an option to redeem either 'Love2shop Reward Card' or 'Drakes Credit'.
If you prefer to spend your rewards back with Drakes, please select the 'Drakes Credit' option.Please note you can only claim this reward if you have a Drakes credit account. If you have a cash account please claim Love2shop. Your reward value will be added directly onto your Drakes account that you are registered onto the scheme with.
Please note, redemption claims can take up to 28 working days to be processed after the date of approval.
The scheme runs until 31st March 2022. From this period, you will then have one month to redeem any rewards you have earned throughout the year.
You can redeem at any point when you have hit a target during the scheme and if you have further remaining targets to hit, you can then claim for these rewards at a later stage. Each time you redeem a reward you will be able to choose either a 'Love2shop Reward Card' or 'Drakes Credit'.
For any Love2shop reward card claims, we will add the additional reward value to the same Love2shop Flexecard, so your rewards all stay on one card for ease.
Your personal spend amount is updated once a month. If you require a more accurate update, please speak to a member of staff in branch.
Qualifying spend excludes boiler purchases, and VAT.

Before you can spend your rewards you will need to activate your card. To activate and manage your card, you can register/log-in to your Love2shop account at www.love2shop.co.uk.
